Marianne Costales-Roman works to assist children, teens, young adults, and families to have better relationships by providing education about mental illness, better communication skills, and an empathetic approach to all clients wherever they are in treatment.
Marianne has worked in DuPage County since 1998 for Amita Health GlenOaks in various positions (behavioral health associate and social worker). She is known at local school districts for providing translation for Spanish-speaking families. Marianne has also been recognized for working with difficult/challenging clients by providing a non-judgmental, caring approach with outlined boundaries and expectations.
A graduate of Aurora University, Marianne holds a degree in social work and psychology. When not hard at work providing emotional support and mental health education to her clients, she enjoys spending time with her 3 daughters, attending dance competitions, and reading true crime books.
