Sabrina Massey
In session with Sabrina, you can expect a relaxed, non-judgemental and supportive environment where you are seen, validated and empowered. You are given the space to be vulnerable, the opportunity to process, and the tools to find the inner strength needed to facilitate change.
Beginning your journey into therapy can be daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. Sabrina is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) experienced working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Sabrina has extensive exposure working with children and young adults in crisis and trauma, and leans towards a strengths-based, trauma-informed model of care.
While Sabrina is comfortable treating a wide variety of issues and disorders, she specializes in the treatment of depression, anxiety, stress, mood disorders, self-esteem issues, self-harm and suicidal ideation, family conflict and trauma. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, so Sabrina utilizes a varied and integrative approach to help each client find their own kind of progress and success in achieving their goals. Sabrina believes that the client is the expert on their own life and has the agency to direct the components of their therapeutic treatment as they see fit.
