Action Consulting and Therapy is a multi-disciplinary private practice based in experiential and expressive therapies, offering a full range of services for all ages, allowing for both indoor and outdoor behavioral healthcare experiences. Joining our group practice provides:

  • instant community with an impressive team, including social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, and clinical psychologist professionals, 

  • support by our client care team, in-house billing specialists, benefits verification, and marketing professionals.

  • training and support toward your desired specialty

We are looking for licensed, skilled, clinical professionals – LSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, CP, AMFT, LMFT, CADC – in our Hoffman Estates and Geneva, Illinois office locations. Clinicians are needed for in-person and telehealth sessions.

As a female-owned group practice, we value diversity in life and clinical experience. Preference will be given to clinicians who have:

  • Trauma informed practice experience/training,

  • experience and desire to work with children and adolescents, as well as families,

  • evening availability,

  • minimum of 10 client hours available per week.
